Since our inauguration in 1990, we have grown into a highly respected, reliable and resourceful agency, well-known for its excellent customer service. We have a loyal list of clients, some of whom have been with us right from the beginning, and our business is constantly expanding.
The business is split into three areas: serviced apartments; long-term lettings; & sales.
Serviced Apartments
We offer serviced apartments throughout the world. We have a wide range of buildings boasting a diversity of excellent facilities.
Need an overnight apartment for that important meeting in New York the next day? Looking for a temporary new home while on that transfer to Sydney or Hong Kong? We will find the best property for you. All of our apartments are fully serviced; we offer buildings with gymnasia, restaurants, and concierge service; some offer exclusive access to top restaurants and venues. With our apartments you get all the comfort of a hotel with the privacy and cosiness of your very own home.
Our service is completely FREE both to individual clients and companies seeking accommodation for their staff. Unlike many companies we DO NOT sub-let the properties and charge a premium.

Long Term Lettings
We specialise in Central and North West London. On average we rent properties for six months to one year. However, we also have premium leases where a company or individual can sign a Tenancy Agreement for between one and three years. We deal with a range of properties from one-bedroom flats to ambassadorial homes.

Sales
As with long-term lettings, we specialise in Central and North West London. We offer some of the finest properties on the London market. These include flats, ambassadorial homes, land and entire developments. We offer advice for home buyers and those looking to invest. We have a worldwide client base and are experienced at dealing with foreign buyers searching for an investment or second home.
